BUY HAPPY VEHICLE TYPE:
BUY HAPPY NEW VEHICLE – Any new vehicle purchased at Morrie’s Automotive Group.
BUY HAPPY PRE-OWNED VEHICLE – Pre-Owned Vehicle with less than 75,000 miles and less than 6 years old.
BUY HAPPY BASIC VEHICLE – Pre-Owned Vehicle with more than 75,000 miles or more than 6 years old.
BUY HAPPY BUDGET VEHICLE – Pre-Owned Vehicle with sale price of less than $5,000 or more than 150,000 miles.

BUY HAPPY SAFETY NET:
Customers may return or exchange a Buy Happy New Vehicle or Buy Happy Pre-Owned Vehicle and customers may exchange a Buy Happy Basic Vehicle under Morrie’s Buy Happy Safety Net:

BUY HAPPY NEW VEHICLE – 7-day or 300 mile (whichever comes first) return policy.
BUY HAPPY PRE-OWNED VEHICLE – 7-day or 300 mile (whichever comes first) return policy or 30-day or 1,000 mile (whichever comes first) exchange policy.
BUY HAPPY BASIC VEHICLE – 7-day or 300 mile (whichever comes first) exchange policy.
BUY HAPPY BUDGET VEHICLE – These vehicles do not qualify for Buy Happy Safety Net.

To qualify, vehicle must be returned in the same condition as it was purchased and within the day and mileage parameters for its respective Buy Happy category. When meeting the conditions for a return, a customer may reacquire his or her previously owned vehicle assuming it is still in possession of Morrie’s Automotive Group. If said vehicle is not available, customer will receive a check in the amount of said vehicle’s value, previously agreed upon at the moment of sale. Customer is also responsible for any vehicle reconditioning charges, loan payments or other fees that may have been incurred by Morrie’s Automotive Group for the returned vehicle. Returns and exchanges are not applicable to consigned vehicles or those with a sale price of less than $5,000 or in excess of $75,000. Customer insurance applies during the return or exchange period. Buy Happy Sales Safety Net is limited to one return/exchange per original transaction. Limited production vehicles are exempt.

BUY HAPPY COVERAGE:
Buy Happy Coverage applies solely to Buy Happy Pre-Owned vehicles and is not applicable to Buy Happy New, Buy Happy Basic or Buy Happy Budget vehicles.

BUY HAPPY BUDGET VEHICLE – NOT ELIGIBLE

On qualifying vehicles Buy Happy Coverage applies for 3-months or 3,000-miles (whichever comes first). Items will be considered “serviceable hereunder” as determined by a Morrie’s service facility when the following parameters are met in 3-months or 3,000-miles (whichever comes first):

Exterior turn signal bulbs, brake light bulbs, hazard bulbs, parking light bulbs or headlight bulbs fail to illuminate Replacement at no cost Interior bulbs, including those associated with the dashboard, instrument cluster, radio and navigation system

Evidence of abuse or neglect disqualifies customer from Buy Happy Coverage. Not all vehicles qualify for Buy Happy Coverage. Morrie’s is not responsible for, and Buy Happy Coverage excludes coverage for, consequential damages and preexisting conditions. Certain tire exemptions also apply, including any V, W, Y and Z speed rated or low profile tires. Buy Happy Coverage is not applicable to consigned vehicles or those with a sale price of less than $5,000 or in excess of $75,000. Any and all service, maintenance and repairs made to the vehicle must be diagnosed and performed at a Morrie’s location by a Morrie’s Service Department, and any replacement with new parts will be at Morrie’s sole discretion and selection. Customer is responsible for transporting or towing any vehicle to a Morrie’s location. Diagnosis, service, maintenance and repair work performed by any vehicle service center other than Morrie’s does not qualify for Buy Happy Coverage and will not be reimbursed by Morrie’s.

BUY HAPPY CAR WASHES:
Buy Happy Car Wash Program is available to the original owner(s) for the lifetime of ownership of the vehicle. The Car Wash Program entitles the original owner to one car wash per week at any store within the Morrie’s Automotive Group and is not transferable. Limited to exterior wash only. Interior vacuum, hand polish, and additional services are not included. Morrie’s Automotive Group reserves the right to close car wash facilities in its sole discretion, and is not responsible for any damage incurred during the use of the car wash facilities. Owner(s) are encouraged to utilize car wash facilities Monday – Thursday, from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm, and Friday – Saturday from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm, during which times car wash facilities are appropriately staffed. Car wash facilities are not open or available on Sundays. Customer is responsible for any damage incurred to the car wash facilities by customer, including but not limited to equipment and property damage.

BUY HAPPY VEHICLE INSPECTIONS:
Morrie’s pre-owned vehicles undergo vehicle inspections variable on their Buy Happy category type as outlined below.

BUY HAPPY PRE-OWNED VEHICLE – COMPREHENSIVE VEHICLE INSPECTION
BUY HAPPY BASIC VEHICLE – COMPREHENSIVE VEHICLE INSPECTION
BUY HAPPY BUDGET VEHICLE – SAFETY INSPECTION ONLY

Comprehensive Vehicle Inspection, conducted on all Buy Happy Pre-Owned and Buy Happy Basic vehicles prior to their date of sale, is a thorough inspection covering the major components on the vehicle including tires, brakes, drivetrain, suspension, interior, exterior, safety systems, cooling and electrical systems. Tires and brakes may be reconditioned or replaced as deemed necessary.

Safety Inspection, conducted on Buy Happy Budget vehicles, consists of an inspection of the core vehicle systems prior to their date of sale. Items may be identified on the inspection report as not operational or operating at less than manufacturer specifications.

BUY HAPPY REWARDS:
Upon agreeing to the one-time enrollment fee, purchasers of Buy Happy New, Buy Happy Pre-Owned, Buy Happy Basic, and Buy Happy Budget vehicles are automatically enrolled in the Buy Happy Rewards program. As part of the program rewards members earn 10% on out of pocket spend in the parts and service department that can be used towards the purchase of a vehicle at any Morrie’s Automotive Group dealership. Out of pocket spend at Morrie’s Auto Body and Glass also applies. Buy Happy Rewards exclude any work covered or paid for by warranty or insurance coverage. Rewards points are redeemable for a new or used vehicle at Morrie’s locations. Total rewards redemption not to exceed $1,500. Buy Happy Rewards Points expire 48-months from date of enrollment.

Customer may cancel and return to Morrie’s this service contract within 21 days of its purchase if no claim has been made by customer within this return period. This service contract and all associated benefits are non-transferrable and only apply to the original purchaser of the vehicle from Morrie’s. This service contract shall be governed by the laws of the State ‎of Minnesota, without affect to any conflicts of law provisions.
