My experience purchasing a previously owned vehicle from Morrie's was truly pleasant. Riley did a great job. He helped walk us through a couple of vehicle choices and was very knowledgeable, professional, friendly, and chill. I can't say enough about the friendliness of the all the staff; we spoke to no fewer than six people who came by just to say hi, thank us for being there, offer us a beverage, or direct us toward the next part of the process. Financing was a cinch, and Nathan did a fantastic job of answering questions with patience and clarity as we talked through the optional services and closed the paperwork. I enrolled in the Gold protection plan and have confidence that if I have a problem with my used vehicle in the next several years, Morrie's will cover the cost of parts and labor for most malfunctions (directly at their garage or reimburse me at another mechanic). The Buy Happy program entitles me to the next 9 oil changes and free car washes for life which carries a ton of cash value in itself! Pretty sweet deal 🙂 I'm grateful for the experience.

Hello, I received a letter from Nissan about a possible defect with my 2007 Nissan Murano. In the letter, they said the primary symptom is a, "Hard to fill condition" while fueling. I experience this all the time, therefore I decided to bring in for diagnosis/repairs. I was told that there could be a $120 diagnosis fee if it was not truly the problem. But, like I said, I experience this ALL the time, therefore I was confident. This is where my dissatisfaction starts:1. First, I made an appointment for 8AM. I was told it could take 30-45 min to diagnose the problem. I decided to get a ride home. At 10AM I called to get an update, because I had not heard anything. I was told that the car was JUST going in, 2 hrs past my scheduled time. It was a good thing I didn't wait. At 10.36AM, I received a call back stating that the repairs were not covered. But, since this call was 2.5 hrs past my schedule appointment, I had to now pay for an Uber to get work and then get a ride back to the dealership after work. It is clear that if I would have got in at 8AM, I would have been done by 8.36AM and on my way home. 2. The problem was not related to the issue that Nissan told me about. I had to pay $129 for this news. I don't get how I would know without paying $129 that it was not covered. It was the SAME symptom from the letter. This should be diagnosed for FREE since it is a known issue. If it is not the issue, then I get it, you don't have to fix it. But, I shouldn't have to pay to get this news. it is a terrible service and backing of your product. Also, the car was in there for 0.6 hrs and I was charged $129. That would mean your shop rate is $215 per hour. That is outrageous.UPDATE 8.4.17I received a phone call from the dealership on 7.28. They understood my concerns and refunded my diagnostics fee. I will say, that although it was a difficult experience initially, they did make it right and went the extra mile to ensure they are taking care of their customers. I have updated my start rating to 4 out of 5.

Friendly and competent staff, never have to wait long for an appointment or for the work to be done. I love this place! Nice to have the newspaper to read and bottles of water in the waiting room too. Chris is easy to work with and skilled at his job!
